I first got in contact with Angie, the owner and founder of AE Bounce House Rentals, through another vendor I was working with for my Halloween Party last Saturday (article soon to come about that awesomeness). I contacted Angie to get a bounce house for my party and was so happy with her customer service and friendly and helpful attitude. Within a day of ordering my ideal bounce house (which ended up being a huge hit at the party), I had an email from Angie confirming my bounce house rental and time of my event. A great thing about AE is that you are able to pay ahead of time through invoicing, or you can pay when they come to the party so you don't have to pay immediately! To make a great experience even better, I was sent an email from AE 3 days before my event to confirm details, and Angie was very involved in making sure that my needs were met for my party.
Setup of the bounce house was a breeze, with friendly and efficient staff and a great bounce house! I loved that the process was so easy and the staff were informed of where I wanted the slide. They came in a day early (we were in an indoor location) to set everything up and make sure I knew how to inflate it when my party started. They also inflated it and cleaned it to make sure everything was safe and clean for the kids, which I really appreciated and valued as a mom and business owner. The party was amazing, and I can definitely thank AE Bounce house for making it even better with such an easy process. I was stressing out about getting everything done in time, and thankfully the bounce house was taken care of!
